cheat if you want to,but it won't help.

1. My friend sent me an email containing a word I was unfamiliar with,I
wrote back and said I didn't have a dictionary. He wrote back, sending me
a link to every dictionary known to the human race.
I,
a. immediately clicked thru the links to the word and then immediately
used it in a sentence.
b. clicked to the first page and immediately began to get a headache.
c. what's a link?

2. Murder is the most serious of crimes, because life is the most sacred
of gifts. Virtually everyone who has ever lived was conceived thru the
basic act of sexual union, involving the insertion of a penis into a
vagina, and the subsequent delivery of sperm to a waiting egg.
Everyone "knows" what obscenity is:
a. an image of an erect penis,or a lubricated vagina,or less
'dirty',less 'filthy' but still 'nasty', a naked female breast.
b. an image of an erect penis inserted in a lubricated vagina.
c. a photograph on the front page of the online version of the New
York Times for November 15,of a "Northern Alliance" man throwing a large
rock onto the already dead body of a "Taliban" soldier.

3. Slavery has been outlawed in Britain for
a. ever
b. three hundred years
c. almost as long as in America
d. longer

4. Slavery was outlawed in the 'civilized' countries because:
a. It's wrong to make people do things they don't want to just
because it benefits you.
b. you can't 'own' another human being the way you 'own' a dog or
cat,because human life is 'sacred'.
c. it made little kids feel bad to see it.

5. Because life is sacred, people devote most of their resources to
preserving the things and creatures that support life, and owe most of
their alleigance to the great webs of living that held our ancestors on
their long journeys to the doors of the present time.
this statement is:
a. hippy nonsense.
b. anti-American terrorist sympathising.
c. unintelligible horseshit.
d. other

6. There is a device in Orwell's 1984 involving the repeated flashing of
the image of a man on a large movie screen, combined with sub- and not so
sub- liminal repetition of the word "HATE".
This device could never be used to cause American citizens to 'HATE'
someone like Osama bin Laden because:
a. we're immune to that kind of stuff, because we watch so much TV.
b. we are protected by our leaders and the heads of the major media
corporations.
c. Osama bin Laden was already an evil man,and he does evil
things,so we hated him already.

7. Global warming is:
a. no longer of any importance,since 9/11/01.
b. something to distract people from the real problems of the
world, such as terrorrism and where to get more oil.
c. not so bad to think about in wintertime, when it's cold outside.

8. Children are precious and worth protecting at great expense
because:
a. they represent the future, and the future is the only way out of here.
b. they're more innocent than adults and so deserve more.
c. they are in actuality expressions of the same thing we are
expressions of,a continuing of what we really are, that we are forbidden
from recognizing, because if we see it for what it is,the illusions and
deceits we live under won't work, and the thing that benefits from those
deceits will die.

9. Reincarnation means you keep living, after 'your' body dies. In another
body. The thing that most people who believe in reincarnation can't seem
to hold in their minds is the unalterable sense in it of forward-moving
time, the life after life through a steady flow of time.
This is because:
a. reincarnation is a fiction invented to hold a slave class in place
by promising them a better life if they continue being slaves until they
die,and the people who invented it,and the people who inherited the power
its illusion confers, could not themselves imagine escaping the confines
of unilinear time.
b. time IS unalterable, you couldn't be reincarnated into a body that
was alive at the same time as your other body! That would be silly!
c. after we kill bin Laden he'll be reborn as a crack baby in New
York City.

10. you're walking down the street, you see something bright twinkling in
the gutter. Your first thought is:
a. Finally! That diamond I've been looking for!
b. It's probably a piece of modern technological debris.
c. It's the sun that makes it twinkle, unless it's got some kind of
radiation in it,or batteries or something.
d. Wow! Just like he said in that question thing he sent me back in
November of '01.
