this is what I see
the last great oil reserves as we are told are just to the north of afghanistan
the russians just opened a pipeline from there
but russia is almost landlocked
so they can trade off some but not a lot of that oil
where is the largest customer for that oil?
besides the US
China.
the puppet master
this is what I see
the weather's gone
and now it's no longer possible to argue the point
as we are told October was the warmest October in history
there are ways to measure this.
keeping an open mind about everything
we can ask if maybe we're being lied to that
October was perfectly normal
but my heart says no
and I listen to my heart
not as much as I should but I do
so the latest WTO
interesting how those initials have been superseded
the latest confab of those big players and their stooges
was in Qatar
of all places
William Greider
a saint of letters in some important ways
dug deep for optimistic slant
because it's so late I think and rather than contribute to the spiralling
fall he builds a small hopeful campfire out at the edge of the marketplace
well and good for him
my point is to lay out what I see
that's all
they know
those guys
those big men
they know it's coming
and two things
their postions depend on social stability even more than economic
and they know that eventually the news will reach the slave quarters
imagine the public rage at bin Laden
for killing 4,000 innocent people
not hard to imagine it's all around
now imagine the public response to the death of the human race
or at least all but the most rudimentary mammalian remnants of it
the deaths of billions of innocent people
the complete devastation of what we have all taken for granted for so long
the loosely knit fabric of civilization itself
and as it tears apart the unremarked upon essentials begin to break down...
there will be a moment
a moment in the large public sense
when the awful news will be unavoidable
and it is this moment the elite have guarded themselves against with this sudden
surge of 'security' and power
it's very temporary
but so,obviously,is all of this
what they're frightened of more than any other possibility is the awakening
to what's been done so irresponsibly
by them because of them because of their greed-driven blindness
they're afraid of when the truth becomes unavoidable
even to the most wilfully unseeing
because that will create their only real opposition
people with nothing left to lose
the veils that will have to be thrown aside are guilt
and the sense of we did it
we did it with our limited choices
our small turns at the wheel
and that hymn they sing when things get bad:
we're all in this together
well no
we're not
we never were
the lines are invisible
yes
and the ones on this side look and act and are motivated just the same
but it's not the same we're not the same
it's a question of will the knife edge of choice honed to fractal infinity
that one spark of
no
or yes
they said yes
we said no
impacted all over them are the parasitic servants
the greed-driven and ruthless
and yes all forgivable by some greater being
but not now
not yet
it's easier for me to see it all as one thing
one creature
the symbiotic buzz of the hive
cells of splendid commerce
laboratory and bank
the real kings of these minutes
are preparing their sad parties
for the end of the world
their brave arms draped across the shoulders of their children
strong masculine counsel
reserved and stoic
but they did it
that's what I'm trying to make clear
they did this
and they have to keep in front of that truth
ahead of that accusation
and they have that possibility
at least it's presented to them as possible
but now instead of that glorious road that opens out all the way
to the infinite future it's months and years and then no more
and they have only the small ingathering of family and friends
that special sense of being the elect
separate from and above
that put them where they are
and what makes it seem possible that they might stay
on top until the end is that they're there now
and they may remain there
because the rest of us will go through easily predictable changes as the knowledge becomes
unavoidable
and the most unpredictable
the most spontaneous of us the ones who refuse to stay in line
will become the strongest threat
to what was really guiding this
in a real way it's a race to the finish line
and as we approach that last moment
the lines between science and religion
between politics and spirituality blur and vanish
it all moves toward one
and the weakness that sought to perpetuate itself through all that horrible manipulation
the thing that these powerful men themselves bent to serve
will no longer be able to hide from its own nature
this is the false god of the present time
powerful beyond any measure
and yet dependent entirely for its existence on belief
like the wizard of OZ
living only as a result of the faith of its congregation
this is what I see
China is not asleep
the men who sell us back and forth to each other like speculated cattle
would never even pause at the prospect of selling us to the Chinese
there is a spiritual depth to this that's harder to graph
just as real but far less visible
the ugliness of it is the tawdry lies of the false priests
having formulated the patterns of the planets and stars they align themselves
with celestial truth as though they had some power greater than mere knowledge
and because they can predict the eclipse
they use the darkened sun as a threat
it's disgusting and cheap and very real
this is what I see
desperate lies and the cunning
lies of untold truths
a cradled innocence left too long on its back now helpless and incapable
the great tapestry of human endeavor stained with blood and oil
and all through it like a vein of gold
the bright threads of the righteous
so small in the face of it and yet hanging on
insistent and firm
braver than any other creature has ever had to be
